Electronic music legends Daft Punk have been transformed into collectible vinyl figures once again as Funko unveils a brand-new set of Pop! Rocks releases honoring two defining moments in the duo’s career. The collection celebrates both the futuristic style of their Discovery era and the groundbreaking spectacle of their Alive performances.
Since launching its iconic Pop! figures in 2010, Funko has grown into one of the world’s most recognizable collectible brands. Known for its distinctive oversized-head design, the company has expanded from classic characters like Mickey Mouse and Darth Vader into a massive catalog spanning film, television, sports, and music. Within the Pop! Rocks series, legendary artists from DJs to rock icons have been reimagined as collectible figures, and Daft Punk’s latest release continues that tradition.
The first set in the new collection is a widely available two-pack inspired by the duo’s look during the era of Discovery, their influential 2001 album that helped cement the global reach of French house music. In this set, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo appears wearing his regal red jacket, while Thomas Bangalter is dressed in a classic tan suit. Both figures feature their signature helmets with the colorful visor detailing fans recognize from the album’s iconic cover artwork.
The second release is a web-exclusive two-pack commemorating the duo’s electrifying Alive 2007 era. These figures depict Bangalter and de Homem-Christo in sleek black outfits with their classic helmets, reflecting the look they made famous during their revolutionary tour.
That tour followed the duo’s legendary performance at the Coachella in 2006, where Daft Punk debuted their now-iconic pyramid stage. The show is widely regarded as a turning point in electronic music production, raising expectations for stage design, lighting, and audiovisual storytelling in dance music performances worldwide.
Fans and collectors can now pre-order both Daft Punk Pop! sets for $29.99 each through the official Funko website. The figures are currently scheduled to begin shipping around March 30, 2026, giving collectors a chance to add a piece of electronic music history to their shelves.
