“To everyone who has been looking forward to EDC, the wait is over. I’m so excited to finally be able to announce EDC Japan 2017 today. Last year, GMO Internet celebrated its 20th anniversary. This timing just so happens to coincide with EDC’s 20th anniversary as well. We want to put a smile on the face of everyone who comes into contact with the GMO Internet Group. We’re planning to make EDC Japan an amazing music festival, so please be excited.” – GMO Internet Group Founder & Group CEO, Masatoshi Kumagai
The Electric Daisy Carnival began in 1997 in Los Angeles with a small crowd of dance music lovers, and has since grown into an internationally acclaimed live music experience, having hosted over one million fans in locations like Mexico, India, Brazil and the UK.
