The summer just got hotter. UK DJ and producer Joel Corry has revealed he’s been cooking up fresh tracks in the studio with none other than pop icon Kylie Minogue. The collaboration, which took place recently in Los Angeles, is already being teased as a source of massive summer anthems.
Speaking to The Sun‘s Bizarre column, Corry didn’t hold back his excitement: “I’ve just been in the studio with Kylie recently in LA – the Queen. I’ve got some bangers on the way. They say that I defrost for summer and the freezer has opened!”
The unexpected pairing is sure to raise eyebrows—and pulses. Kylie, best known for global hits like “Spinning Around,” “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” and more recently, the viral success of “Padam Padam,” is no stranger to the dancefloor. Her partnership with Corry could deliver a new era of electro-pop fire.
Interestingly, Corry shared that his creative process doesn’t stop in the studio. During a recent Instagram Live, he revealed he tests out his music while working out.
“I actually like listening to music that I’m working on when I’m in the gym because when you listen to it in the studio, it’s almost like you’re thinking about it too much,” he said. “When you listen to it in other environments, you actually hear what needs to be changed or tweaked!”
With Kylie Minogue in the mix and Corry’s forward-thinking production style, the duo might be serving up some of the most exciting crossover dance-pop of 2025. No release date has been confirmed, but fans should expect to be dancing well before the season ends.
