We caught up with Italian DJ NOYSE in the CALPAK Space at the Nexus Lounge Miami during Miami Music Week 2024. The talented young artist shared travel tips, teased about upcoming collaborations with big-name DJs, and played a quick game of our Nexus Take 5 Series.
Originating from Ferrara Italy, NOYSE is a DJ and producer who has crafted a unique blend of Tech House, Future House, and Electro House music. His journey began in 2016 with the release of his debut single, “Noiseless,” a track that swiftly captured the attention of DJs worldwide, marking the start of his meteoric rise in the music industry.
In 2023, NOYSE made his mark on the global music scene with his first tune under Spinnin’ Records, “Just A Dream,” followed by a string of hit singles, including his official Remix for R3HAB and INNA’s “Rock My Body.” His music has resonated with audiences across Asia, the US, and Europe, taking him on tours to Italy, Croatia, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The support for NOYSE’s music from industry giants like Hardwell, Tiësto, Don Diablo, R3HAB, and Gabry Ponte is a testament to his talent and hard work.
In our interview, NOYSE shares that he’s excited to be back at Miami Music Week. “Miami is a way of life, a way of living,” he tells us, adding: “It’s a dream come true to play here.”
As he’s a frequent traveler, we asked NOYSE if he had any hot tips to share to make jet-setting easier. He recommends packing small and shares that he only travels with a laptop, headphones, a few USBs, and a keyboard when it comes to production and DJing.
There are lots of exciting projects for this talented young artist, though he’s not able to reveal who he’ll be collaborating with next: “I can’t spoil anything right now, but the most beautiful things will be happening in the next month.”
Before he heads out, NOYSE plays a quick game of our Nexus Take 5 Series, where we ask our guests questions ranging from severe or funny to just plain odd. The DJ shares some of his musical influences, shares an alternate DJ name, and tells us about his most painful tattoo.
