Q: Before we dig in, what's next for you?
Hey guys, super happy that we got to this with you! We just released our first single as Ivy Lane, called Untouchable, and we’re super happy to announce that our first EP will come out on August 11th. We’re also having our first show the day after the EP release. We’re super stoked.
Q: What are your thoughts on the meaning of success, and how do you define success for yourself?
There are different levels to success; at the start of this project, we felt great success in getting a small number of followers, a label, and releasing our music. But on a big scale, we would like to create a big community, having shows in different spots around the world and being able to live off our music. We have big dreams!
Q: What's the most ridiculous thing you've ever bought?
Q: What's the most memorable fan encounter you've ever had?
Q: Where and when would you go if you could travel back to any historical moment?
Q: If you could only listen to three songs for the rest of your life, which ones would you choose?
Q: What is your philosophy on happiness, and how do you strive to maintain a sense of happiness and well-being?
We surround ourselves with the ones we love, chase our dreams, and try to live in the moment, doing what we want. (But happiness could be a cure of coffee in the morning…)
Q: How do you see dance music evolving in the future?
With our music, we try to be genre-transcending, not putting any boundaries on ourselves. And the same for music in general; artists can be more experimental today and try a lot of different stuff.
