ADE 2026 Kicks Off 30-Year Celebration with Massive First Wave of Shows

The countdown to one of electronic music’s most historic moments has officially begun. Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has unveiled the first major shows for its milestone 30th anniversary edition, and the early lineup is already signaling a bold, forward-thinking celebration of global dance culture.

Taking place from October 21–25, 2026, ADE’s anniversary edition is shaping up to be one of its most ambitious yet—blending legendary pioneers with cutting-edge artists and immersive live productions. Leading the charge is electronic music icon Jean-Michel Jarre, whose Opening Concert has already sold out, setting the tone for what’s expected to be a high-demand, high-impact week across Amsterdam.

Jarre’s presence extends beyond the stage, as he has also been announced as the first headline speaker for ADE Pro, reinforcing the event’s role not only as a festival, but as a global hub for industry dialogue, innovation, and thought leadership.

Among the standout announcements is David Guetta, who will bring his groundbreaking Monolith Show to AMF at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Known for pushing the boundaries of large-scale production, Guetta’s latest concept promises a fully immersive audio-visual experience, marking a new chapter for both the artist and one of ADE’s flagship events.

On the underground and next-generation front, techno force KI/KI is set to make her highly anticipated debut at the Ziggo Dome with a unique concept: KI/KI 5 HOURS. The extended set format, built around her evolving “slash” production style, quickly generated overwhelming demand—prompting the addition of a second five-hour show on October 23. The move highlights both her rapid rise and ADE’s continued commitment to spotlighting boundary-pushing talent.

As ADE celebrates three decades at the forefront of electronic music, this year’s program reflects both its legacy and its future. From Jarre’s 50-year milestone honoring his seminal album Oxygène, to Guetta’s arena-scale innovation and KI/KI’s marathon club concept, the festival is embracing a full spectrum of electronic expression.

With many more artists, talks, and experiences still to be announced, anticipation continues to build. Early Bird ADE Pro passes are currently available at their lowest rate, offering access to the conference’s extensive programming and ensuring a place within one of the most influential gatherings in global music culture.

Thirty years in, ADE isn’t just celebrating its history—it’s redefining what comes next.
