A Festival with a Purpose
Beyond the music, WorldPride Music Festival is more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of LGBTQ+ identity, visibility, and resilience. Jake Resnicow, the festival’s Executive Producer and one of OUT100’s Most Influential LGBTQ People of the Year, emphasized the deeper meaning behind the event:
“WorldPride Music Festival is more than just a concert—it’s a movement. From house to techno to dance-pop, this lineup represents the heartbeat of our community and the energy of Pride.”
Produced in partnership with Capital Pride and Club Glow, a subsidiary of Insomniac Events, the festival is part of WorldPride DC 2025, a three-week-long series of Pride events happening across the U.S. capital. Proceeds from the festival will benefit Capital Pride Alliance and other local LGBTQ+ community organizations, furthering their mission to support and uplift the community.
