Avicii’s latest album “Stories” has torn up the Billboard lists at No. 17 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums, but his latest single “Broken Arrows” has really been a highlight in the Swedish DJ’s collaboration with country singer Zac Brown.
Avicii recently went on the radio to discuss the collaboration. The hosts begin by listing things that go together – like peanut butter and jelly – and then commenting that people don’t usually think about Avicii and Zac Brown going together, but that he really made it work.
“I like his vocals a lot,” he says, going on to say that, when talking with his manager at the beginning, he was really looking specifically for a song that would work with Brown’s vocals. “He has one of the best country voices, I think, of today.”
