We can all rest now thanks to the FBI and Israeli Police. The most important case has been solved — well atleast to Madonna that is. A undercover police investigation leg to a Tel Aviv resident who stole multiple works and resold it online. The 38 year old resident, had material that included sketches of songs, photos and unreleased tracks.
“I am profoundly grateful to the FBI, the Israeli Police investigators and anyone else who helped lead to the arrest of this hacker. I deeply appreciate my fans who have provided us with pertinent information and continue to do so regarding leaks of my music. Like any citizen, I have the right to privacy. This invasion into my life – creatively, professionally, and personally remains a deeply devastating and hurtful experience, as it must be for all artists who are victims of this type of crime.” -Madonna
Last month Madonna thrust back into the spotlight with the leak of several songs from her unreleased album “Rebel Heart” due in March. She went on a dramatic social media rampage, sharing how she felt about the leak. “This invasion into my life — creatively, professionally, and personally — remains a deeply devastating and hurtful experience,” she said, “as it must be for all artists who are victims of this type of crime.”
