The Greek-Australian nominee Vassy has won her first IDMA Award for “Best Featured Vocalist Performance” She was nominated for her performance on the track “Bad” which was a collaboration with David Guetta and the track to push her back into the spotlight since her release of “We Are Young”

“The IDMA awards [are] a great way to show other people “you can do it.” It shows that you don’t have to have all these contacts, or a big name, and you can still come here from the outside and win it all”  Vassy said.

She is currently in Miami performing her least track “Secrets” with Tiesto.
