Dutch DJ and producer Julian Jordan is no stranger to the world of electro-house and dance-pop music. Boasting a hefty discography of bass-thumping singles and remixes — including the chart-worthy “Kangaroo” — Jordan is best known for his work with household names Sander van Doorn and Martin Garrix.
Jordan, who began his career at the young age of 14, stopped by the Nexus Radio Lounge Amsterdam’s K Swiss pop-up studio during ADE 19 to chat with host Adam Turner about striped shoes, 13 Reasons Why, and surviving in a rainforest.
Turner began the Take 5 quiz with the simple yet important question: how does Dutch musician Julian Jordan cure a hangover?
“For me, to be honest, do a little nap if you can. Or a milkshake.”
Jordan also shared his dream circus profession, flexibility skills aside.
“I would love to be an acrobat. I think like, I want to do it, but I think I would break my whole body.”
Lastly, Turner probed into what superpower Jordan would most want to have, the ability to control everyone or the ability to hear everyone’s thoughts.
