Q: Before we dig in, what's next for you?
This year is really about honing in on my sound and giving fans dope music with that signature BLUPRNT sound with catchy vocals, big drops, crazy leads, and grooving basslines. I’m also really looking forward to the upcomings shows I have this summer in NYC, Miami, and LA to name a few.
Q: Tell us about a memorable moment from one of your live performances.
I think the most memorable performance I had was playing an entire set of my own music. It’s something I have always strived for as an artist and to be able to do it live and see the crowd reaction was an awesome feeling. Anytime someone sees me play though they can count on at least half of my show being my own originals and edits!
Q: How does music impact your life?
Music really has been my creative outlet and something that allows me to express myself. I first got into dance music when I was in middle school, listening to the likes of Deadmau5, Skrillex, and Kaskade. When I was in highschool I downloaded Ableton for the first time and started off by making progressive house and future bass. In 2020 I made the switch to house music and started going under the name BLUPRNT which is the best thing I ever did. House music just moves me in a different way and allows me to curate songs that people can dance to and other DJs want to play out.
Q: What's the most embarrassing song on your playlist?
It’s a bit embarrassing to admit, but I have every Nickelback song on my playlist. Yes, every single one. When I’m not listening to house music, I’m just trying to be a Rockstar.
Q: What's the most ridiculous music video you've ever seen?
I’m not really much of a music video watcher but the first one that comes to mind is Miley Cyrus ‘Wrecking Ball’. What an all time video watching her swing around on a wrecking ball naked.

Q: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
Superman, not many people know of it but it’s a staple for anyone from Michigan.
Q: If you could solve one global problem overnight, what would it be?
If I could snap my fingers and solve one thing it would be world hunger. However, on a lighter note, the real problem plaguing us is these Iphone batteries dying three times a day. I swear I have this thing on the charger more than I have it off.
Q: If you had a time machine and could visit any historical period, where and when would you go?
I am 100% going back to the Roman Empire. First off, the sheer scale of Roman architecture is enough to blow anyone’s mind, especially the fact that all of that was built thousands of years ago. I’m also a big war history buff so I’d love to sit in on conversations about their war strategy and conquest. How often do I think about the Roman Empire (if you have seen this tik tok you know)… At Least 3 times a week.
Q: What movies have inspired you?
Well I am not one who gets very inspired by the movies I watch considering my go to movies are comedies. When I turn on a movie I use it for a time to escape and have a good laugh. Some of my favorites are Step Brothers, Borat, and Happy Gilmore.
Q: Describe your most bizarre life experience thus far?
I have an insane amount of déjà vu. Sometimes, it’s a conversation with a friend that triggers it. We’ll be discussing something mundane, like plans for the weekend or a recent movie we watched, and I’ll get an overwhelming sense that we’ve had this exact conversation before, down to the smallest details. Also in my dreams, I’ll wake up with a vivid recollection of a dream that feels like a memory, only to experience a similar scenario in reality days or weeks later.
