Tomorrowland Releases 2024 ‘We Are Tomorrow’ Documentary: Watch Now

Tomorrowland has unveiled this year’s We Are Tomorrow documentary, offering an intimate look into the lives of four festivalgoers at the 2024 edition of its flagship event in Belgium. Part of a documentary series launched in 2022 in collaboration with Amazon Music, the short film provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the world’s most renowned electronic music festival through the stories of its diverse attendees. You can watch the full documentary below.

Among the featured subjects is Brazilian DJ and producer Vintage Culture, who reflects on the challenges he faced growing up in the dangerous environment of Mundo Novo. He credits his “protective” mother, Maria Hespanol, for supporting him, even when access to electronic music was difficult. “It was very difficult for me to have access to electronic music,” Vintage Culture reveals in the documentary, sharing how a weekly radio show playing ‘80s synth music first sparked his passion for the genre.

Another story highlighted is that of Curtis, a Bristol careworker and multiple-time Tomorrowland attendee. In 2023, Curtis was involved in a serious motorcycle accident, losing his leg after colliding with a car. The documentary follows his emotional journey of recovery and his return to Tomorrowland with the support of his partner, Stacey. Reflecting on the accident, Curtis says, “I was glad to be alive,” as the film captures his resilience and unwavering love for the festival.

The We Are Tomorrow series provides a window into the personal experiences of those who attend the world’s No. 1 electronic music festival. While Tomorrowland 2024 may be over, fans can still relive the magic by streaming more than 100 live sets from the event online.
