Wednesday is looking set to be the perfect opportunity for indie artists to gain some useful insight into the current industry. Starting off with Beyond Streaming: Unlocking new revenue opportunities for artists, you’ll be able to hear a panel of experts from the likes of Bandcamp and MassiveMusic discussing the new and innovative ways that artists are making money in 2024.
Following that up, you can head on over to The State of Independence in 2024 and Beyond. With a direct focus on how to finance your work as an indie artist, allowing you to maintain autonomy in your creativity, this panel is a must-see for those looking to really break the creative mold and explore innovative and original approaches to music.

Friday
If you’re looking for down-to-earth and practical advice, then Friday has got you covered. From Fraud in Music Streaming – a talk focused on how to find and fight the ever more advanced fraud that’s currently sweeping the music streaming industry – to Bandcamp – Essential Insider Knowledge, Friday is certainly the day to bring your notepad and keep your ears open.

Saturday
Saturday morning, Tina Davis (president of EMPIRE) will take to the stage for a keynote and Q&A, which will discuss what it means to have a global music industry and what the future of that industry could and should look like for all involved.
Keeping on that theme, the afternoon will also feature a talk on The Future of Clubs and Venues as well as a discussion on Understanding U.S. Dance Radio, both of which will provide great chances to learn more about the current and future shape of music culture.
