JOE STONE
Joe Stone is a Dutch DJ best known for his remix of “Freak,” a single by fellow artists R3hab and Quintino. Some fans might know him under his alternative stage name, Inmado. He joined record label Spinnin’ Records in 2015 after winning a remix contest.
Asides from his globally recognized remixes, Joe Stone has released many successful original singles of his own: his very first singles, 2015 “The Party (This is How We Do It)” and “Freak (And You Know It),” both charted on Ultratop. “The Party” even peaked at #23 on Billboard’s U.S. Dance Club Songs.
More recently, earlier this year he released a handful of singles with artists such as Hayley May, Jake Terry, and Four of Diamonds. His most recent release, “Feeling Dynamite,” features vocals by singer Ally Brooke. The single already boasts over a million streams across listening platforms.
Asides from being a House DJ, Joe Stone is a gamer and a new father. Pictures the artist has shared on social media show an adorable newborn daughter, and a shiny new PlayStation 5. This year has certainly been a memorable one for Joe Stone!

Q: Before we dig in, tell us about your latest project.
With this single I wanted to do something different and go back to some disco vibes.
Using some oldskool synths like the Oberheim OB-XA (not the real one unfortunately).
When I heard Ally Brooke wanted to do the vocals I was super excited!

I’ve eaten crickets. Was nicely flavored too

Q: Thinking pre-COVID, what single night out has been the most memorable for you?
When I met my girlfriend. I wasn’t DJ-ing or anything. Just a bloke in a bar getting drunk 😀
Q: And finally, what on your Netflix watch list?
Still have to finish the 2nd season of Altered Carbon. I’m a big Sci-Fi lover
