It’s the end of June, which means that Pride events are beginning to wrap up. But that doesn’t mean they won’t go out with a bang (and we don’t just mean the fireworks at the end of the night)!

Dance on the Pier in New York City, featuring DJs Ralphi Rosario, The Cube Guys, and Wayne G and starring Ariana Grande as the headliner, will open its doors at 3 PM on June 28th to what’s looking to be a totally sold out crowd.

According to the Huffington Post, Grande is a longtime outspoken LGBT rights advocate. “In 2014, she defended her gay brother, ‘Big Brother’ house member Frankie Grande, after an Internet troll allegedly used a homophobic slur against him on Instagram.”

With 10,000 people dancing for equality, it’s sure to be a memorable end to Pride festivities.

Dance on the Pier is currently in its 29th year, according to the NYC Pride website, and proceeds from tickets will go towards fundraising for NYC Pride and LGBT nonprofit grant winners.

Online tickets for the event are completely sold out, but some tickets are still available at designated vendors. To learn more, click here.
