Blondex is a passionate Spanish DJ and producer deeply connected to electronic music and driven by an inherent desire to evolve and innovate. Hailing from Girona with Slovenian roots, Blondex debuted as a DJ in 2018 in her hometown, captivating the local audience with her dynamic stage presence, impressive technique, and genuine love of music.
Blondex has swiftly become a notable figure in the modern “hard” electronic music scene thanks to her youthful energy and grit. As a producer, her tracks are characterized by ethnic and dark sounds coupled with distinctive melodies that create a unique sonic experience for the audience.
Renowned for her exceptional skills in the DJ booth, Blondex holds the 15th position in the Climax Play ranking, recognizing her as one of the top 20 DJs in Spain based on monthly listeners per country.
In an exciting development, Climax is officially part of the Amsterdam Dance Event lineup for the first time, collaborating with Nexus Radio! "This is the first time I'm playing here with Climax Play. So I'm really, really excited to play some ideas and new music that I've been preparing during this month," Blondex shared.
Having graced stages at festivals like Medusa and Holika and performed in renowned international clubs such as Amnesia, Pacha, and Marina Beach Club, playing at ADE is a piece of cake for the Spanish DJ. She always aims to immerse her audience in the fresh, energetic, and cutting-edge sounds of the latest electronic music trends during her sets.
"Tonight, I'm presenting three new ideas. They're not finished with the last master, but sound really good. And our three techno tracks are fast tracks."
Blondex’s prowess in the hard EDM genre is truly commendable, showcasing her talent and skill on par with DJs across the board, irrespective of gender. In the dynamic realm of electronic music, she envisions a future where the industry continues to evolve into a more inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. “I think that in 10 years, there will be more girls in this industry. That’s what I’m fighting for today. So I think that in 10 years, it will be 50 50% equal, more or less.”
