Eric Prydz has released a new three track EP under his Pryda moniker. When Pryda tracks drop, the electronic world listens. Titled simply the ‘Pryda 037’ EP, the new project comes with three new cuts, each more than 7 minutes long and each more mesmerizing than the other.
‘Pryda 037’ is made up of three tracks, ‘Choo’, ‘The Future’ and ‘The End Is Just The Beginning’. “Choo” is deep and dark with a spine of funky rhythm. “The Future” comes in drums first with lots of edgy synth. “The End Is Just The Beginning” rounds out the package a strong space-age groove. The entire EP embodies everything the Pryda moniker is supposed to sound like. The songs have slow, even builds, textured melodies and percussion that all mesh with each other.
The Dutch music veteran, Prydz has also revealed the first of his EPIC 5.0 live shows are set to take place at Creamfields Steelyard in London on Saturday 27th May 2017.
