Tracy Young is an American producer, DJ, remixer, radio personality, former Interscope Records representative and entertainment correspondent. Tracy has worked with Madonna, Sean Puffy Combs, Ricky Martin and other well known pop icons. Tracy is so in-demand, she was even asked to deejay at Madonna’s wedding to Guy Ritchie.

Above all else, Tracy Young is a philanthropist. She’s deejayed for several GLBT causes and organizations like GLAAD, GMHC, and the Elton John’s AIDS foundation. More recently, Tracy was tapped to remix Jessica Sanchez’s ‘Stronger Together, ‘ the official theme song for Hillary For America presidential campaign.

Nexus: Before we get started, tell us about your latest project?

Nexus: Which drink do you prefer the most and how do you like it prepared? Cocktail, tea or coffee?

Tracy: Cappuccino please!

Nexus: Who was your childhood crush?

Tracy: Jennifer Beals and Olivia Newton John! (no argument there!)

Nexus: You travel a lot. Which is your favorite airport, and why?

Tracy: Miami because it means that I’m home!

Nexus: Disney, Vegas or Paris?

Tracy: Paris!!!!!!

Nexus: Boxers, Briefs or Commando?

Tracy: None of the above….I prefer Victoria Secret. (Well played Tracy, well played!)
