American producers Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall, the duo that forms the EDM group ‘The Chainsmokers’ have the top-selling dance track of 2016. After their hit song ‘#Selfie’ from 2014, the New York City duo’s recent “Roses” (June, 2015) has taken over airwaves and dancefloors with its hypnotic beat, catchy hook and entrancing vocals from collaborative artist Rozes.
When the EDM duo speak their mind, their thoughts are heard by all in the dance music fraternity. During Ultra Music Festival’s weekend, in addition to a wide host of stunning musical acts, audiences saw an open display of negative attention to leading GOP candidate Donald Trump; that too from none other than The Chainsmokers duo.Their set, they said, was an opportunity for them to impart their own opinion on the matter.
