Selena Gomez, the rising Disney TV star to singer will executive produce a drama series about, herself.   The as-yet titled TV shows is part of Lifetime’s Fempire Series, a collection of TV shows and films made for and by women to premier in the 2016-2017 season.

The series will be based upon Gome’z Life, at the ripe old age of 23 and will focus on her friends and trusted inner circle, which includes Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato.

The Wizard of Waverly Place star comes after she announced plans to exclusive produce another series for the ABC Family channel, renamed Freeform.
