Since the release of “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” and accompanying re-package “The Re-Up”, Nicki Minaj fans, better known as Barbz, have been waiting for a new album from the queen of rap. Unfortunately, it seems they will have to keep waiting, as Minaj’s album has been pushed back yet again.
The album, which was originally slated for release on November 24th, is now set to be released on December 15th. The news came via a press release which can be seen here. Fans of Nicki Minaj were, of course, disappointed, but there is a good side to this news.
Apparently, the album was pushed back in order to promote Nicki’s brand new single. The single, which is a song called “Only”, features Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and Drake. The producers of the song include Dr. Luke, J Mike, and Cirkut.
“Only” is a straight-up banger reminiscent of Young Money song “Senile”; Minaj, Drake and Wayne spit hard bars and Brown contributes a catchy chorus. You can check out Nicki’s brand new single, released today, below.
