Italian artist Christiano Jordano brought his creative flair to the AOC Gaming pop-up studio in the Nexus Lounge Miami. He filled us in on his latest venture with Coldharbour Recordings, lighting up Miami Music Week 2024 with many new tracks and remixes!
Christiano’s journey into the Electronic Dance Music scene began early in life, deeply rooted in Gaeta, a picturesque coastal town nestled between Rome and Naples. He hails from a lineage of artistic minds, each expressing their creativity across various mediums.
"I started off very young age listening to the very beginning of Tiesto, the beginning of Armin and Marcus, and all the trance legends, Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyke," he reminisces. " I was the only 11-year-old kid in South Jersey who had listened to their music throughout my entire school. That was like my backbone, where I got some of the energy and the deep feeling from my music."
So in 2016, Christiano Jordano made an impressive debut with his first single, “Insane,” which climbed to #13 on the Billboard dance chart, showcasing his raw talent despite his initial lack of experience. Determined to hone his skills, he enrolled in the UK’s comprehensive “Musician on a Mission” online music program. This dedication paid off as he went on to collaborate with industry giants like Capitol Records and Universal, serving as a sought-after remixer for top artists, including Halsey, Beck, and Niall Horan.
Christiano Jordano wears many hats today – musician, producer, composer, DJ, and co-founder of Termenl Records, a Miami-based label specializing in House & Tech music. He’s carving out his niche with his deep, melodic tech sound, and he recently joined Coldharbour Recordings, a platform that not only releases music but also hosts podcasts and mixed shows. “I just can’t wait to start shopping for the other labels and continue to work with Coldharbour. They’ve been great to me,” he shared enthusiastically.
Christiano Jordano is a master at mesmerizing crowds with his live performances. Recently, he graced Miami Music Week with his latest tunes and remixes, continuing his legacy of captivating audiences. Having shared stages with icons like MK, Hugel, Claptone, ARTBAT, and Paul Oakenfold, Christiano brings a unique sound to electronic music and aims to support fellow artists in their music.
