In 2023, Max Low amplified their reach with performances at major festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Day Trip Festival, and Groove Cruise Miami. Their momentum carried into 2024 with their first international gig at Electric Pines in Nova Scotia. Touring has been a cornerstone of their success, with the duo lighting up stages in cities like Las Vegas, Miami, and Amsterdam. They’ve headlined shows and shared the spotlight with big names like Oliver Heldens, Biscits, Tiësto, and Martin Ikin. Their standout performances on Groove Cruise, particularly on LP Giobbi’s Femme House and Gene Farris’ Farris Wheel stage, showcased their wide-ranging appeal and solidified their place in the dance music scene.

Max Low has been a powerhouse of creativity and productivity in the studio, consistently releasing a diverse array of music, including remixes and original tracks. Their remix of Gryffin and Tinashe’s “Scandalous” stands out, alongside tracks like “Gotta Be Real” and “Just Dance” on hau5trap and “Burning” on IN/ROTATION. Their versatility shines through in collaborations such as “Glitch” with Rhiannon Roze on DND Records and “Meet Me At The Rave” with Friendly Fire on Terminal Underground.

We couldn't resist asking the duo about their future projects during our interview. They revealed, "We have a remix coming up on Farris Wheel, Gene Farris' label for Chicago. Sevs, who's a good friend of ours, we've known her since we first started DJing, a fellow female DJ. So we're really excited for that to bring all of our people together."

One positive outcome of the pandemic is the increased visibility of female DJs, artists, and producers at events. Max Low shared, “One of the reasons we started was because there was a noticeable lack of female presence in the industry. We realized we could be that presence and decided to go for it since we were passionate about the music. The more women, the better. Let’s run the world, you know?”

Max Low has not only captured the hearts of fans but has also garnered support from influential figures in the music industry, including Tiësto, Alison Wonderland, Claptone, Matroda, Noizu, and Seven Lions. Their success extends to Spotify, where their tracks have been prominently featured on major editorial playlists like Dance Rising, Operator, New Music Friday Dance, and Bangers, significantly expanding their global audience.

Max Low’s infectious energy, innovative music, and dedication to their craft are propelling them towards continued success. They are poised to captivate more listeners with their distinctive sound and engaging performances.
