10 Questions with Up-and-Coming Artist Tenaj

THE TAKE 5 SERIES

Tenaj

We chatted with Tenaj on latest projects, most binge-worthy TV series, and why we listen to music.

Tenaj is an up-and-coming electronic dance music artist based in Los Angeles. Originally hailing from Switzerland, Tenaj graduated from the prestigious LA Music Academy. She is best known for single “Let You Go,” and has won awards from Hollywood Music in Media Awards for Best Emerging Artist and Best EDM Song.

She has been working with EKY Music Group for weekly DJ mix collaborations, an hour long special that clearly demonstrates Tenaj’s progress and growth as a fresh DJ in the scene.

Her latest release is single “Never Let Me Go,” released with Blanco y Negro Music this June. This is the latest addition to a handful of singles the artist has already released this year, clearly brimming with inspiration in a world that is slowly reopening. In fact, it has been just over a year since Tenaj released “Dream After COVID-19,” a motivating song for which she donated all proceeds to UNICEF to aid those affected by the pandemic.
