The Amsterdam Dance Event is continuing to build momentum for its landmark 30th anniversary, announcing another impressive wave of speakers for the 2026 ADE Pro Conference. With artists, label founders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders joining the program, this year’s conference is shaping up to be one of the most diverse and forward-thinking editions yet.
Among the newest additions are Mochakk, Solarce Brothers, Josh Baker, SPFDJ, Paul Hartnoll of Orbital, Pedro Winter (Busy P), Gideon Berger, Sarah Williams, Pegassi, Mathame, and Emmanuel de Buretel. Together, they’ll help lead conversations that go well beyond music production and DJing, tackling everything from artist entrepreneurship and independent labels to emerging technology and the future of the global electronic music scene.
As electronic music continues to evolve, so do the careers of the artists driving it. One of the themes woven throughout this year’s conference is how musicians are creating businesses beyond the stage. Josh Baker will take part in a session exploring what it means to be an artist and entrepreneur, discussing how today’s DJs are building labels, festivals, education platforms, and other ventures that allow them to grow sustainable careers while staying creatively independent.
Brazil also takes on a prominent role during this year’s conference. Recognized as one of ADE’s key focus regions for its anniversary edition, the country will be represented by artists including Mochakk and the Solarce Brothers, highlighting the continued rise of Brazil as one of the most influential forces in electronic music. The regional spotlight also extends to the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa, reflecting ADE’s ongoing commitment to showcasing emerging scenes from around the world.
Technology remains another major topic of discussion. After appearing at ADE Lab last year, SPFDJ returns as part of the Pro Conference, joining conversations about how artists are navigating rapid technological change without losing their creative identity. Pegassi and Mathame will also contribute their perspectives on the relationship between innovation, performance, and artistic expression as new tools continue to reshape music production.
Independent music will receive its own spotlight through a conversation between Ed Banger Records founder Pedro Winter, better known as Busy P, and Because Music founder Emmanuel de Buretel. Looking back on more than two decades of working together, the pair will discuss how their partnership helped build one of electronic music’s most respected independent ecosystems while sharing their thoughts on where independent music is headed next.
One of the conference’s more thought-provoking sessions will feature Paul Hartnoll of Orbital, who joins a panel exploring the ethics of sampling, collaboration, consent, and cultural credit. The discussion arrives as Orbital celebrates the 30th anniversary of its influential album In Sides, offering an opportunity to reflect on how conversations around sampling have evolved alongside the music itself.
ADE will also continue its tradition of addressing the wider impact of music beyond clubs and festivals. Gideon Berger, Sarah Williams, and Matt Black will take part in a panel examining how artists, organizations, and music communities can inspire solidarity and meaningful social action during periods of global uncertainty.
The latest announcement builds on an already strong lineup that includes electronic music pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre as this year’s Guest of Honour, alongside previously announced speakers Mosimann, Novah, and LYZZA.
Celebrating three decades of bringing together the global electronic music community, ADE Pro 2026 isn’t simply looking back at its history. Instead, it’s using the anniversary as an opportunity to explore where the industry is heading next. From independent business models and emerging markets to technology, creativity, and social responsibility, this year’s conference promises conversations that feel every bit as relevant as the music itself.
ADE Pro takes place during Amsterdam Dance Event from October 21-25, 2026, in Amsterdam, with additional speakers and sessions expected to be announced in the coming months.
