The Chainsmokers booked one of their biggest gigs of 2015 in America, performing at Super Bowl XLIX in Arizona.

The Westgate Entertainment Disctrict will be hosting the Super Music Series, which consists of a five day concert series leading up to the Super Bowl, and his free to the public. The Chainsmokers will be representing their blow up careers and representing the genre of EDM as the whole genre’s performers there.

The Chainsmokers will perform the 2nd day of the 5 day series on January 29th from 8:30 PM-10 PM for those lucky enough to attend the Super Bowl atmosphere. Other artists performing that day consist of talent like Bow Wow Wow and Dramarama to name a few.

Score one point for EDM as it begins to work it’s way into national events. The Chainsmokers were on national television a couple of months ago when they performed on American Idol. Maybe one day in the future the half time show will be an EDM artist for us to enjoy.
