The Chainsmokers Drop New EP and Music Video for “Closer”

After the drama surrounding Lady Gaga’s new single, The Chainsmokers are in the news for the right reasons; making new music – and soon !! They are dropping their second EP “Collage” on the November 4th. They have also announced the music video for their hit single with Halsey “Closer“, which is scheduled for a Oct 24th (Monday) release.

It’s been nearly a year to the day since their last EP Bouquet came out, but a lot has changed since then. Since the last EP, they’ve released the three biggest songs of their career: ‘Don’t Let Me Down’, ‘Closer’, and ‘All We Know’. It will feature a song called “Setting Fires.” It is not known if the earlier mentioned numbers will be on this EP.

Edit – The Chainsmokers on the 24th Oct revealed the full tracklist for their EP Collage – ‘Setting Fires’ ft Xylo, ‘All We Know’ ft Phoebe Ryan, ‘Closer’ ft Halsey, ‘Inside Out’ ft Charlee and ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ ft Daya.

The duo also announced on Twitter they would be releasing the highly anticipated official video for “Closer” on Monday, the 24th October. So far, there have been no hints as to what we should expect to see in the music video next week. Whatever it is, the music video is sure to get our week off to a great start and put us in the best possible mood on a gloomy Monday morning.
