If the legacy the legend has built over two decades is not enough, fans continue to expect even more from the electronic music phenomenon!! And Eric Prydz, the showman extraordinaire he is, never fails to disappoint. To go where his mesmerizing live performances start, one has to go back to 2011, when the Swede went all in to excite his fans with his very own creation, EPIC. Fans have since been more than excited to be part of an experience which is hard to describe in words.
After hosting 3 fabulous editions over the past 4 years, Eric Prydz returns, and as with each time, much bigger and much better. With his debut album, 19-track ‘Opus’ returning positive reviews, Eric chose to debut the fourth installment of EPIC, named EPIC 4.0 in New York, taking over Terminal 5.
The response the show has had is evident from the incredible videos and pictures posted on social media by those in attendance, the past weekend. The spectacle of sounds and lights was completely transportive. This was a concert that each one experienced on their own, taking in each moment of the sound and light extravaganza, and swallowed by the sheer brilliance of it all. A majority of the crowd have claimed this to be most impressive spectacle of all in dance music these days.
From New York, EPIC 4.0 will next move to Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium on the 19th and 20th February (two shows) and then on to the San Francisco Armory, San Francisco on the 27th February.
