Officials in California are on the lookout for Justin Bieber who’s wanted for vandalizing a neighbors home with at least a dozen eggs.  Justin Bieber’s manager recently announced that the young pop star should take some time off for self reflection. However, the star’s recent actions have shown the young artist will need more than a couple weeks to find himself and grow up.
