The original track from Kim Carnes spent nine weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned the Grammy for both Record of the Year and Song of the Year. It’s since been performed by Taylor Swift, Courtney Love, Leighton Meester, Gwenyth Paltrow (in Duets) and even Alvin and the Chipmunks. But we might like Kylie’s cover best.
